Not every DAW has as much flexibility as Studio One when it comes to customizing appearance! If you’re asking yourself “why” you’d want to do this, a simple answer is, “Why not?!”<\/p>\n

The first thing you’ll want to do is open Preferences using the “Command” + “,” (command and comma) keyboard shortcut. Under Generals settings you’ll find a dedicated tab called Appearance.<\/p>\n

PreSonus kindly includes some presets you can load to help get you started. But you can also play around with the included parameters yourself, which are Hue Shift (color), Saturation, Luminance (brightness), and Contrast. You can also adjust the brightness and contrast of the grid in the edit window.<\/p>\n

There’s quite a bit of customizability within the very simple Appearance preferences for Studio One. You can save your own presets, and even use different color schemes depending on the project you’re doing!<\/p>\n
