DAVID GNOZZI MEETS

PULSAR MASSIVE EQ
The most complete passive EQ plugin. Musical and intuitive, a must-have for mixing and mastering.
Pulsar Massive is an emulation of the Manley Massive Passive EQ that is present in almost every mastering studio in the world. This machine was designed as a synthesis of the best passive equalizers of the last 70 years, and several distinct features in the design give it an absolutely unique sound.
Pulsar’s plugin version of the EQ meticulously reproduces all these important aspects of the original hardware, but also offers a userfriendly interface and serveral modern twists: Visual curve editing, a drive control for saturation, an auto-gain function, mid-side processing, oversampling, a spectral analyser and more.
PULSAR SMASHER
A Faithful Emulation Of A Uniquely Modified 1176:
All Buttons In – All The Time
Smasher is an unprecedented custom modification of the classic Urei 1176 compressor circuit
The original 1176 compressor hardware offered a selection of four ratios, but studio engineers soon discovered that pressing them all at once led to a distorted, explosive and highly compressed sound. Itâs this âAll buttons inâ or âBritishâ mode that Smasher was painstakingly designed to recreate.
While remaining very close to the original circuitry, the modifications Pulsar have built into Smasher will add definition to transients and make your tone more aggressive. The Smasher is perfectly suited to add grit & punch to a drum bus, fatten up your bass tone, or add character and expressiveness to a vocal performance – in a parallel compression chain!
